Delivery

UK (MAINLAND ONLY) DELIVERY 
Our delivery service is 5+ days delivery, orders received after 3pm Monday-Friday will not be processed until the following day. Orders during the weekend will not be processed until the next working weekday.
Delivery times are subject to order processing times that may be affected due to busy periods, seasonal opening hours, or stock allocation (picking times). 
Weight restrictions apply. UK mainland only.
Our courier service is provided by Interlink Express.

Shipping is charged at £5.50
 

Tracking

All tracking information will be supplied to the provided email and mobile telephone number given as your contact information during during your purchase. This will be the sole information you receive for tracking your order and it will not be displayed on the Maxxis website. If you wish to obtain a copy of these details please contact us.

On the day of delivery you will be provided with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email. The Follow My Parcel service provided by Interlink Express enables you to watch the progress of your delivery on a real-time map until the final 15 minute timeslot.

There are rescheduling options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you to take delivery of your order at a time that may be preferred. If you wish to reschedule, you can:

  • Select an alternative delivery date
  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
  • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
  • Collect the parcel from your local Interlink Express depot
  • Upgrade delivery to before 12
