Promotional Offer: Buy 1 item and get 30% off. Buy 2 or more items of the same category/type and get 40% off. Buy 4 or more items of the same category/type and and get 50% off.
Customers must purchase the item from shop.maxxis.co.uk or directly with a representative of the Promoter to qualify for the Reward. The Reward must be added to the basket by the Customer, and the cost of the product will be removed at point of sale.
Orders placed before or after the Offer Period will not include a Reward.
This offer cannot be used on conjunction with any other promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward for one of equal or greater value should the need arise. The Reward shall not be sold, assigned, transferred, lent or the benefit granted to any person other than the Customer without the Promoter’s explicit, written consent. The Promoter will not be liable if the Reward cannot be taken by the Customer for any reason. The Promoter’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotional Offer as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. The Promoter further reserves the right to declare void any purchase in the event of actual fraud in its sole opinion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all relevant orders and to refuse to award the Reward or to withdraw the Reward where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Promotional Offer or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotional Offer or become eligible using fraudulent means.
By purchasing under this Promotional Offer, all entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for administration of this competition and for any other purposes compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, including adding the entrants to a marketing database to receive communications from the Maxxis brands. Customers will be able to unsubscribe from this database at any time. This data will not be shared with any third parties except as far as necessary to fulfil the contract of sale.
Other than for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the Promoter, so far is permitted by the law, the Promoter hereby excludes all liability for any loss, damage, cost and expense, whether direct or indirect, howsoever caused in connection with the Promotional Offer or any aspect of the Reward. This Promotional Offer shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising wherefrom.
